A Leading Interior Design company looking for experienced Accounts Assistant to assist the Accounts department.
The applicant should have the extensive knowledge in Tally-ERP-9 accounting software and exposure to Bahrain VAT implications.
A good exposure in MS Excel and MS word required.
The duty & responsibility as follows:
* Maintaining Purchase & Sales Ledger and Reconciliation with suppliers & Client statements.
* Timely Follow-up for outstanding supplier invoices
* Day to day updating workers times sheet and assisting monthly payroll.
* Maintaining Fixed Assets register.
* Handling Petty Cash management and cash book reconciliation.
* Preparation of reports as per management requirement.
